Another Bad Acid filled Night

Well, I have friends again. I went to an Italian Festival yesterday and ren sausage pizza, Canolies, and so on. After the Festival through was (I was working the) we all went out for a BIG STEAK and Margie journey bag!! You can, of course, I was not a imaging good night sleep. My good friend, Acid Reflux and GERD back was and still am wake-up call, plus I swear that I have strange dreams when suffering with reflux. Someone else having the same? So I advocated the pillows jacks, I can't help but take that Acid Reflux and Pillow have used a little help. In the morning I drink a lot of water, a few tums taken and kept ... my stomach empty feeling better today! posted by Ron 5: 40 a.m.
