Favourite cure for reflux?

Are there any "national resources" that acid stop? I can understand that some people are unable to use drugs to help with the problem. So if you have natural cures for, we would like to hear about it on the blog! Personally I use just Tums antacids type of net a preventive measure to a full on acid attack.
